I am skilled in working with individuals navigating a variety of issues, especially depression, anxiety, stress, and life transitions. When working with couples, I use the Gottman Method to address their unique relationship challenges, including relationship tune ups, affair recovery, breakdowns in communication, and patterns of high conflict.
