  • I am in-network with Aetna and Cigna.

    I also accept private pay/out-of-network clients.

    If you have an HSA account you can use that to pay for sessions. I can also provide Super Bills if your insurance includes out-of-network reimbursement.

    *Due to the regulations of Medicaid, I am unable to accept self-pay clients with Medicaid.

  • The Gottman Method is an evidenced-based practice for couple’s therapy. It provides a way for me to conceptualize your relationships and provide you lasting tools for sustainable change.

  • This is a highly individualized question that I address with all my clients. As we establish goals and begin working together we will be addressing progress and your need for therapy along the way.
